In case you don't feel like reading the article, James Gunn is implying that he will be more focused on continuity and timelines in the DCU than in the MCU. Gunn is basically agreeing with fans that the MCU timeline is kinda confusing now. Like, he doesn't know who is in charge of keeping the timelines consistent over at Marvel Studios. But he knows exactly who is keeping an eye on the timelines over at DC Studios.
