New leaks reveal that The Court of Owls will appear, but in a different DC film. That doesn't necessarily mean they won't be in The Batman 2. Could be a Joker situation where we currently have 3 Jokers in multiple DC franchises all at the same time.

I don't want them to rush it per se but taking 5 years is too damn long. You have a great director and a hot property like Batman, be a bit more on the ball. |

Eh, I'd be content not seeing the Joker again for a long time. Freeze or Clayface, something like that would be better

It was a bit too soon even to have him in a deleted scene for the first film. All movies seem to care about is going for the popular villains, so we'll see multiple iterations of the same fucking character before we see an adaptation of a villain we haven't already seen in a movie.
