http://instagram.com/p/C4tjmsCv56a I know a lot people say I still look like I'm still in high school for my age, even though I think the pandemic stress aged me up a tad bit in the post-pandemic era. I even remember going to pick up my nephews and nieces at high school and I was like, students look much younger than they did when I was in high school. Probably why we don't see much teen sex comedies like we use to. It just got creepier and creepier the younger each new generation keeps looing.

I think it's due people being health conscious, both physical, mental and emotional.

I think it's due people being health conscious, both physical, mental and emotional. Hard to tell since the younger generations seem to be more obese than the older generations. But at the same time, we are more educated on what we eat, put in our bodies, and how we exercise now. I eat healthy and use to lift weights a lot more in pre-pandemic, but still too early to say. Waiting until my 40s and 50s to see the true results. I know some of my family members gotten some grey hairs very early in their youth. For me, it was much slower, and ONLY gotten some minor ones because of the pandemic era. I had no grey hairs what's so ever pre-pandemic.

My biggest problem is sticking with an exercise routine, just find it hard to keep focused on doing the same repetitive for an hour or so. I can't find the time to get it done in pace, something always comes up and well, I like to do it by myself.

Having a stressful job, supporting your kids, trying to spend more time for yourself when you have a family, metabolism slowing down, etc. I 100% agree with how repetitive it can be as well. Which is why I think people go to the gym. You have multiple options to do 10 reps differently each time. Right now for me, all I can do is eat healthy, be very active, and do some heavy lifting. Which is why I use to work on contructions.
