There is quite a lot of flooding going on here in the UK currently. You'll find very recent videos on Youtube of people trying to tow their cars out of water.
There was even a guy driving a tractor and a massive trailer and drove straight through a deep water filled road hitting and dragging the flood barriers hidden under the water. Smoke even began to rise from the engine. Goddamn idiots out there in charge of vehicles.
