Lets be honest, the original Assault on Precinct 13 is basically a remake of Night of the Living Dead. Only instead of zombies, it's a Michael Myers-ish street gang. At least Assault on Precinct 13 remake changed the story and was more realistic.

Pacing is highly subjective.
I think The Batman is excellently paced.

It is subjective. For example, I think the ultimate cut of Watchmen is too long, but watched The Irishman a dozen times.
