I cannot defend Sony for TASM1. I really didn't like the suit design at all Yeah, TASM1's suit was kinda ass:  Really don't know what they were thinking with the yellow eyes. |

Also wasn't the biggest fan of the long spider. Even on the TASM2 suit, it doesn't look that good.

I disagree. I can defend Garfield's suit from TAS1. Peter is not exactly Tony Stark. His suit is suppose to reflect how poor he is.

At least Sony gave Spider-Man a better suit by the second film. It took until the end of NWH for the MCU to finally give Spider-Man a good suit.
