After this last disaster. There are going to be people who cannot get their homes insured. They will have to leave the state. Just like all the other water disasters. The one thing you do not see is trees. They pull up the trees and build on marsh land. Then stand there surprised when it floods.

Yeah that's the problem people in New Orleans are facing too. House insurance companies are leaving the state due to floods and crime rate is higher now. Not to mention, New Orleans is probably going to sink in the future anyway. Really considering moving north, but it is easier said than done. Pandemic may be gone, but future is very uncertain right now.
