I don't know why it's so hard to find reprints of Pulp magazines in the UK. I can find stuff on Amazon, but none of the Shadow and Doc Savage reprints. I try eBay and the import fees are stupid, that's when I'm able to find pulp books that aren't porn.

I'd suggest reading the book first before seeing the movie. It's a whole new experience.

The books sometimes have more details than what the movie covers. I found that out the hard way, so I'd recommend the book first.

I got one of the Aloysius Pendergast books, Cold Vengeance. It is interesting because Pendergast is a character that has appeared in so many books but has yet to appear in live-action. Anyways, yet to read Cold Vengeance because it is a sequel, so doing research before I read my copy. But yeah, like discovering characters before they gotten their own movie or show yet. I think it will happen one day, though.

I've been trying to find the Blade Runner book by Les Martin. That books is fucking expensive! I only hope I stumble across it in a charity store or flea market cheap.
