The Royal Mail is going on strike too, protesting 700 job cuts. Feels like we're went right back to 70s with gas crisis, strikes, the return of the cold war and raising cost of pretty much every thing. Time to dust off the disco music. WTF!? Is that my house? Save-A-Lot my fucking ASS. Because inflation every grocery store is more expensive now. But here's the thing... Save-A-Lot sucks. It always has. It's a shit grocery store. People ONLY go there because it's "cheaper". But the irony is, it's now more expensive than Wal-Mart. Like, WTF!? I been buying at Wal-Mart lately, but when I finally went to "Save-A-Lot" I spend way more money than I did at Wal-Mart and I didn't even get that much stuff. -_-

I always compare prices. Say I needed a bottle of milk, I'd see which store sells it the cheapest and go there. Luckily the stores I go to have a website with the products and prices so it's easier to compare.

Just load up the websites of the stores you go to, see if they have products and prices listed and cross reference them yourself. For example here in the UK looking up Asda and Tesco as they have websites.

I see Wikipedia has changed their defention of recession and locked the page. Burrowing your in the sand and pretending what is happening isn't, is not going to work. A recession is coming and it's coming for us all!
That's why I hate the elite that tell us poor, working class to suck up from their mansions. You know the ones, like Mark Rufflo. Telling struggling people to buy electric cars, if can afford gas.

I read that Hollywood is going to get hit hard by the upcoming recession. With streaming services getting it the most, as they keep putting up the price. I can see why, food, gas and electric are going to be what everyone is going to prioritize over what streaming service to watch. The price of witch are going up, Amazon increased the cost of prime. From Β£7.99 to Β£8.99 per month. I feel like the cost of a good VPN, would be good enough alone if one knows how to sail the high seas, is looking a better then paying multiple services. And to really see how bad things are gonna get, McDonald's has increased the price of the big Mac by 20p. |

Yeah the 99 menu went up by 20 pence. Now it's the 1.19 menu I guess. I have my theories as to why this is all happening but It'll probably come off as if I'm wearing a tin foil hat so I'll just save my time.
Either way it's all BS and sucks.
