Saw it tonight.
Overall I enjoyed it.
Pros:
Jonathan Majors killed it as Kang as expected haha. Dude commanded presence in every scene he was in.
The Quantum Realm looked great, loved the 50's feel of it all.
Cons:
MODOK. Yes Virginia, This MODOK Was Absolute Shit. Admittingly it did taint my enjoyment of the film.
The story moved a bit too fast for me. Ending also had obvious signs of post-production editing.
Overall, I'd say it would be a 8/10............except for Darren. That just brings it down to a 6/10.
Not as bad as the critics say it was. (Definitely better than Eternals)

3D enhances the experience for a movie like this. I still don't get how AMaTW got better reviews, while this movie is being slandered.

 Tied with Eternals as the lowest MCU cinemascore, below the B+ that Doctor Strange, Thor, and Black Adam got last year. That's not great to say the least. |

Ok, where the hell did all these Emma Furhman fans come from?
Like....she was in the film for 15 seconds in a glorified cameo and everyone is fawning over her and saying she deserved to have a starring role. That is not enough to base an opinion on "SHE WOULD JAVE BEEN FANTASTIC!"
Also, she agreed and supported some of Evangeline Lilly's................"views" on hot topics so.....
Yeah we would have gotten a way worse headache than bad direction of another actress

I mean yeah, Cassie in Endgame was just a placeholder actress basically. Kathryn Newton looks more like a grown up Cassie from the first 2 Ant-Man movies anyway.

I just bought tickets, 9:45 tomorrow morning on the Cinemark XD screen (I only go there occasionally, Regal is my main location). Really hoping that I enjoy this one.

I did watch the review from youtuber Tyrone Magnus and he said people were walking out of his theater, so I guess it varies depending on location. Although he did say he would never see the movie again, and notihng would make him ever do so, so maybe it was a bit of a lie by him due to bias? I don't know. I think the only genuine reason anyone would have to walk out of this movie is the movie's variant of MODOK, there is literally no other reason to really walk out since it is actually a more well edited and paced movie than Eternals and wasn't as ridiculously comedic as Thor 4 was so I think the melodramatics were overplayed a bit.
