Just to clarify, the leaks seem to imply that Marvel only got a stand-in for Doctor Doom. They haven't officially found their actor yet. Meaning, Marvel already shot something with Doctor Doom and since he will be in full costume, it's much easier to hide the stand-in. So if all this is true, we are going to see Doctor Doom in the MCU very... VERY... soon.

If it's a stand-in, that would imply he is in a non-speaking role in a post-credit scene. Similar to Thanos' debut in The Avengers.
