It seems that having a lot of money turns people into deviants. Or is it they were already deviants and the money made it easier to accomplish these things. All that stuff he did on screen was just flaunting it.

Vince Mcmahon was basically playing a parody version of himself in WWE. To his credit, at least he is self-aware. Hate fake people that pretend to be "good". But yeah, Vince has always been like this. Even as a kid before he became rich.
