The second season is good news, but I'm a bit worried about the multiple spinoffs. I differently want quality over quantity. A movie every two years and a TV show every other year works perfectly. I don't want to become oversaturated like the MCU, with multiple movies and shows a year. Didn't Toho do the same, though? I mean, Mothra, Rodan, and their version of King Kong got spin-offs. Also my main problem with Marvel is how formulaic and unnecessary some of their projects can be sometimes. They have milked the cow dry, they done did. The MCU became oversaturated, then became formulaic with a lot of unnecessary things. It became a chore to keep up. I pray to good god that doesn't happened to the Monsterverse.

I honestly think that the cartoon was meant to be part of Kong:King Of Skull Island or was it's own thing altogether that was changed late in production to be part of the Monsterverse. And what few reviews there are of it, it sounds terrible.
