Seriously, recasting Bullseye and Elektra as well as replacing Danny Rand because of a shitty first season is just gonna piss all the good will people had from bringing back Cox and D'Onofrio down the drain.

I know the new Elektra will be played by someone of Spanish or Hispanic origin, and Luke Cage will also be played by a new actor as well. None of this is all confirmed, so take it all with a grain of salt. But it looks like what I heard several weeks ago, others are starting to hear as well.

I know the new Elektra will be played by someone of Spanish or Hispanic origin, and Luke Cage will also be played by a new actor as well. None of this is all confirmed, so take it all with a grain of salt. But it looks like what I heard several weeks ago, others are starting to hear as well. Isn't Elektra Greek though? Why make her Hispanic out of nowhere? And why the hell replace Mike Colter? The Luke Cage show may have been so-so but everyone loved him as the character. All of this just makes no damn sense. Why bring back characters like Foggy when you're gonna change other ones? Is it just to attract fans of the show back? If so, then it's gonna blow up in their faces cause the announcement of Cox and D'Onofrio got everyone wanting everyone back regardless if the Netflix shows are really canon or not. And don't get me started on the whole Iron Fist situation after everyone's been hoping for a better adaption of Danny Rand after hsi show......... You know how people reacted to the Morbius post-credit scene in comparison to the trailers? Imagine that but up to 21. That's the kind of mess Marvel will find themselves if all of this is true. Especially after a lot of the MCU writers have been going on about "respecting the Daredevil show"....... |

The rumored actress is, though (forgot her name). My guess is, they want someone that looks more authentic to Southern Europeans in the role of Elektra since she is Greek after all. Also this is already established. Some varients look the same, some don't. Like in Loki for example. Also Xavier and Reed will probably be played by different actors as well in the main MCU timeline. |
