Another great episode, but I fear Kamala's visit with he grandma might derail the series halfway through...
Also, I don't care if it's stupid fanboy "expectations", I am really hoping they make Kamala a mutant.

FUCKING CALLED IT! Okay, I think I know the source of Ms. Marvel's powers now. She is not an Inhuman like in the comics. The spoiler above will give you an idea on what she is. I like it, but at the same time I don't know why Marvel keeps doing this. Like with Shang-Chi, because, oh, the character is Asian so we better put in Asian mythology. -_- Same with Ash vs. The Evil. Oh, you have to make the Honduran sidekick that superstitious??? What next? Australians live in kangaroo pouches and use boomerangs? It's not a big deal, but it's something I'm realizing it's happening often in Hollywood. |

TFATWS was like that for me. It was ok but Loki was the better show IMO. I just don't have it in me to give this show a try. Maybe if I visit a relative and they've got it on in the background I might give it a few glances.

I really enjoyed the first episode, but this has been on a downward trend with each subsequent episode imo. Probably since the 1st was directed by the guys who did Bad Boys 3, they gave it a unique flair that episodes 2-4 have lacked. 2-4 have kinda been snoozefests until the last few minutes honestly. I'll still watch until the end but likely a one and done for me.
